Had any unusual weather lately? It had been a usual, bitterly cold February where I am, but then last night was strangely windy. We don’t often get gusts strong enough to rattle the house. If I didn’t know any better, I’d swear there was a storm brewing nearby.

There’s one more solution to the nation’s crisis — one its leaders aren’t discussing. There’s no way to implement it now. The time isn’t right. But the leaders’ current plans could wipe it off the table forever. What must those in the know do to keep this possible solution available?
