Summer is here! Here’s an Idea to Steal for the next time you need to get out of heat. (Or cold, if you’re in the southern hemisphere.)
A child becomes lost on a trip to an unfamiliar city. (The details of this trip and how the child got lost are up to you.) Sad and scared, the child finds a park and a tree to sit beneath. That’s where a local homeless man finds the lost child.
How does the man help the child find their parents (or whichever adult is looking after them)? Do the pair encounter any trouble along the way? What sights does the man show the child that they otherwise would never have seen? Bonus points if you keep this story rated G.
